The Tristate Nursing Resource Center is a collaborative initiative facilitated by the Greater Cincinnati Health Council Workforce Center.
Since, 1957 the Health Council has represented hospitals in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana. The Greater Cincinnati Health Council is a not-for-profit member service organization dedicated to working cooperatively with hospitals and other health care providers to promote high quality, cost-effective patient care for the community.
The Health Care Workforce Center was created in 2002 to assist the member’s recruitment and retention of staff. The areas of focus for the recruitment and retention activities include: health career exploration programs, health care education support, and initiatives for the recruitment and retention of our current health care workforce.
